My name is Anastasia, and I’m originally from Athens, Greece. I’m currently an undergraduate student in Biochemistry at Imperial College London. At the RLA, I’m eager to explore metabolic engineering and synthetic biology approaches using Yarrowia lipolytica for the sustainable bioproduction of high-value products.
Outside the lab, I enjoy going to the gym, taking long walks around London, and exploring new places and restaurants.
