Hi everyone! I’m Artemi, a final year student of Biosystems Engineering and Food Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. My interest is to combine biotechnological tools to solve food related challenges and produce valuable products for the food industry. At the RLA Lab, I am working on my final thesis, combining strain engineering and sorting techniques to maximize the production of colorants.
In my free time, I love reading, exploring new places, playing all kinds of sports, hanging out, and, of course, eating!
