Imperial College London

Hi, I’m Christina from Greece! I have a background in molecular biology and genetics and hold a PhD in Bioengineering from Imperial College London. My work has taken me across a broad range of research areas, including diagnostic embryology, microbiology, immunology, and developmental biology. I’ve had the chance to work on diverse projects using model systems spanning human tissues, bacterial systems, C. elegans, mice, and zebrafish, and have been part of research environments across Greece, the UK, and Japan.
Outside the lab, I enjoy slowing things down with long walks in nature, experimenting in the kitchen, travelling, and being immersed in musicals!
