Hi! My name is Gerald Liego and I’m from Indonesia. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry at Imperial and my main research interests lies within food biotechnology and structural biology. During my internship at the RLA Lab, I am working on isolating Yarrowia Lipolytica for novel fermentation-based foods and ingredients.
