Hi! My name is Humayra, and I’m from Indonesia. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Applied Biosciences and Biotechnology at Imperial College London. As part of my research project in the RLA Lab, my aim is to develop folate-enriched tempeh through the solid-state co-fermentation of Rhizopus oligosporus with folate-producing lactic acid bacteria.
In my free time, I enjoy attending Zumba classes and exploring nature through hiking and trips outdoors.
