My name is Simha, I am a food scientist with experience in alternative proteins and food colloids across industry and academia. As a Research Fellow in the Bezos Centre and mentee in the RLA lab, I apply my research interests to create innovative food ingredients. Outside work, I enjoy capturing landscape pictures and to hike up mountains to capture those pictures.
