Hello everyone, I’m Pablo and I just finished the third year of my Biology undergrad at the University of Murcia. I also completed an internship at the Department of Genetics and Microbiology, where I worked in Mucor transformation using CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing. This experience really developed my interest in fungal genetics and biotechnology. During my stay at the RLA lab I am working on Rhizopus cultivation and modification.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, birdwatching and reading (or attempting to read) philosophy and the classics.
